SHIPPING 

Shipping via AusPost Australia Wide. 

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $70.
  • $10 flat rate standard shipping (please allow 3-10 business days).
  • $15 flat rate express shipping (please allow 2-7 business days).

(Tracking notifications will be emailed directly from AusPost).

At this stage we are unable to send internationally. Please email us if you would like this organised. 

Center Stage Dance Cosmetics takes no responsibility for any items lost in transit. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correctly entered at checkout. Please contact us immediately if any changes need to be made.  

We take care to check and pack your items carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your items arrive damaged from transit, please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order (send us pictures).

 

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICK-UP

The option of FREE local delivery and pick-up is available to most suburbs on the Gold Coast. Please advise us of your Dance Studio in your order notes so that we can deliver to your studio if more convenient. Our team will be in contact with you regarding your eligibility for local delivery or if your order is available for collection. If we are unable to deliver, shipping will be charged at a reduced rate. 

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are wanting an exchange or store credit, please contact our team prior to returning your items. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returns and exchanges. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all refunds.  

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@csdancecosmetics.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 15 West King Street, Southport, QLD 4215. If your return is accepted, further information regarding your return will be provided to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, please note a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FOUNDATION COLOUR MATCHING

We know that it can be hard to colour match your foundation over the internet. Please see our colour matching guide for help, or contact us for further assistance. 

Foundation exchanges can only be accepted if the product has been unopened and unused. We recommend also purchasing a Foundation Colour Sample if you are unsure. 

Foundation Colour Samples are available for purchase for $2.95 with the purchase of a full size foundation product (available for $5.95 sold individually). 

Please also remember that stage makeup should be 1-2 shades darker than your natural skin tone to ensure that you will not appear washed out under the harsh stage lights.
